Jason Grunberg is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Vice President of Investment Sales at SAB Capital since May 2022, following a tenure as a Senior Associate at Nowak+Partners of Marcus & Millichap from June 2014 to May 2022. During this period, Jason Grunberg specialized in the sale of commercial, industrial, and development real estate in the New York metropolitan area, with a focus on Brooklyn and Queens. Prior to this, Jason Grunberg gained experience as an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap and held a position in advertisement sales at BBC. Jason Grunberg holds a degree from Binghamton University, completed from 2010 to 2014, and graduated from Manhasset High School in 2010.
