Vincent R. Marchica has over 40 years of experience in the creative industry. Vincent R. began their career as a Senior Designer at Synergistics Research Toys in 1978 and worked there until 1990. Vincent R. then joined The Walt Disney Company, where they served as Vice President, Creative Resources for a decade. In 2003, they moved to Cookie Jar Entertainment/CPLG US and became the Senior Vice President of Creative Resources, a position they held until 2012. From 2013 to 2017, Vincent worked at Saban Brands as a Creative Director and later as a Creative Director Consultant. Currently, they are working at Creative.

Vincent R. Marchica attended the Rhode Island School of Design from 1972 to 1976, where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design.
