Scott Rosenbaum

Scott Rosenbaum is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as SVP of Business & Legal Affairs at Saban Capital Group LLC since July 2021, Rosenbaum previously held the same title at Saban Brands from September 2015 to July 2021. Prior to that, Rosenbaum worked at Mattel from 2000 to August 2015, progressing from Counsel in Licensing & Entertainment to Senior Counsel and Expert Counsel in Business & Legal Affairs. Rosenbaum's early career includes an associate position in the Intellectual Property Group at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Marmaro from 1997 to 2000, as well as competing as an athlete with the US Freestyle Ski Team between 1990 and 1995. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
