Previously, as Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos, Maíra managed payroll processes and benefits, demonstrated expertise in metrics related to employee turnover and engagement, and played a key role in transition processes during a carve-out in 2015. Prior to Grupo Sabará, Maíra worked at TOTVS and Fnac Brasil, where responsibilities included personnel administration and payroll execution. Maíra holds a postgraduate degree in Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has completed a professional coaching program at Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching.
