Carmen Tina Schnider

Carmen Tina Schnider is an experienced leader in change management and strategic operations, currently serving as the Head of Regional Operations in the Office of the COO at SABC since February 2015. Carmen has held multiple senior roles within SABC, including acting Head of Group Strategy and Support and Manager of Change Management, leading strategic projects across various divisions and regions. Prior to SABC, Carmen held significant positions with Cap Circle Consulting for SAPO, Compass Group, Liberty Group, BHP Billiton, Standard Bank, EOH Mthombo, Connection 42, and CMS Consulting, effectively executing change management initiatives and operational strategies. Carmen holds a BA in Psychology and an Honours B.Com in Business Management from UNISA, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Nelson Mandela University Business School.
