Philile Nzimande

Philile Nzimande is a seasoned director and producer with extensive experience in archival production, currently serving as Director/Producer for the 2027 AFCON Botswana Bid at CAF - AFCON since May 2023. Nzimande's recent projects include working as Archive Producer for "Pop Goes Freedom" at MultiChoice Group, "16 V: The Untold Story Of Doctor," "The Wild" at CBS, and "Milisuthando" at Sundance Institute, showcasing a diverse range of themes from South African history to wildlife crime. Additional roles include Archive Production + Post Supervisor for SuperSport's "Pulse of Nation" and Multimedia Producer for SABC. Nzimande holds a BA in Archival Studies from the University of South Africa and has further education in social entrepreneurship from GIBS Business School, along with a National Diploma in Information Science from Durban University of Technology.
