Benjamin Smith

Benjamin Smith, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and logistics within the United States Air Force and the private sector. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC since November 2022, Benjamin previously held several notable positions, including Department Chair and AFROTC Director for Detachment 002, where oversight included the administration and training of over 220 potential Air Force officers. Significant roles also encompass Chief of Logistics and Product Support at the Pentagon, Deputy Director of Maintenance for the 56th Maintenance Group, Branch Chief at Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command, and Squadron Commander for the 451st Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron. Benjamin holds an MBA from Webster University and completed professional training with a PMP Certification from Syracuse University. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Behavior and Leadership was earned from the United States Air Force Academy.
