Luigi DEFOIS has extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as the MRO Design Office Manager at Sabena Engineering since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading modifications for the Lockheed C130H and overseeing technical aspects of various projects. Prior to this, Luigi held several positions at SABCA from July 2005 to July 2022, focusing on design leadership for MRO projects, including the Dassault Falcon F5X/F6X. Luigi's career also encompasses mechanical design roles at Safran and SNECMA MOTEURS, contributing to significant aircraft components such as the A380 and Rafale engines. With a strong educational background, including a degree in mechanical engineering from Université de Bourges and ongoing training in CAD software like Catia V5, Luigi remains committed to advancing technical expertise in the aerospace industry.
