Ethan Cruz

Ethan Cruz is an accomplished legal professional with diverse experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Law Clerk at Saber Law Group since September 2024, Cruz previously worked as a Student Associate at the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic and a Summer Associate at Saber Law Group. As the Founder and Editor-In-Chief of the Santa Clara Business Law Chronicle, Cruz exhibited strong leadership skills. Previous internships at Pure Storage and Cloudflare provided valuable exposure to corporate, employment, and commercial transactions. Cruz holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, complemented by a Tech Edge J.D. Certificate, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with honors from UCLA.
