Greg van Gaver

Greg Van Gaver is a seasoned professional in property management and project management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Sr Commercial Property Manager at Sabey Corporation, Greg has held key roles at Blanton Turner as Sr Commercial Manager and at American Capital Group as Area Manager. Prior to this, Greg was a Project Manager at Prestige Residential Construction, demonstrating strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement. As the President and CEO of Van Wild Home Furnishers Inc, Greg oversaw all HR functions and financial management. Additionally, Greg has experience in real estate acquisition and development as a Managing Partner at CIG LLC, along with a background in financial planning and merchandising.
