Tolulope Adeyemo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting from 2023, Tolulope has been working at Sabi as a Talent Management Analyst, where they are responsible for managing talent and supporting the company's operations. Prior to this role, they held the position of People Operations Analyst at Sabi, starting in May 2022.

From October 2016 to May 2022, Tolulope worked as a Human Resources Manager at Lagos University Teaching Hospital. In this role, they provided leadership and guidance on various administrative matters such as staffing, recruiting, employee discipline, and benefits. They also handled confidential matters and coordinated correspondence on behalf of the hospital.

Before joining the hospital, Tolulope worked at Ecobank Nigeria as a Banking Officer from June 2008 to September 2016.

Tolulope's professional journey began at Nigerian Shippers Council, Apapa, where they served in the Medical Department as part of the National Youth Service Corps from 2004 to 2005.

Tolulope Adeyemo, SHRM-CP, SPHRi, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos from 2007 to 2009. Earlier, from 1998 to 2002, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Microbiology from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, Tolulope has obtained several certifications, including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in July 2019 and Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) from HRCI in March 2020. Tolulope has also completed the Certificat d'etudes de Francais Pratique2 from Alliance francaise and holds a Diplome de Langue Francaise Niveau B2 from Alliance Francaise as well.
