Currently, Kamal serves as a Senior Operation Technology & Innovation professional at SABIC, where they are involved in significant Research & Technology projects, including the commissioning of Pilot Plants and the HOSTALEN project. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles, including Lead Operator at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company and Senior Production Superintendent at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad.
