Mark Hugger

Mark Hugger serves as the Head of Security for the Americas Region at SABIC, overseeing the implementation of security standards and crisis management training since September 2020. Previously, Mark was the Manager of Security Operations and Intelligence at Phillips 66, where an executive security program was established. Earlier roles include Manager of Security Operations at Noble Energy, Senior Security Consultant at Control Risks, Security Manager at Dell, Inc., and Special Agent with the US Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
