Omar Wishah

Omar Wishah currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at SABIC Investment & Local Content Development Co., having joined the company in October 2023. Previously, Omar held the position of Vice President in Private Equity at Alkhabeer Capital from January 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing acquisitions, managing investment portfolios with a focus on healthcare and education, and ensuring compliance with IPO regulations. Prior to Alkhabeer, Omar was the Head of Investment at Saudi Foras Investment Company and served as Deals Senior Manager at PwC, leading significant transactions and IPOs in the region. Omar's career also includes experience as a Senior Consultant at EY, where expertise in transaction advisory services and external audits was developed. Omar holds an International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan.
