Reem Almatrafi

Reem Almatrafi, ITIL4®️, currently serves as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Sales Analyst at SABIC since May 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with the sales department on multiple projects and managing incident and change requests for ERP modules. Previously, Reem held roles as an Assigned Demand Planner and ERP Supply Chain Analyst at SABIC, focusing on aligning supply planning operations with market needs and providing operational support for supply chain management. Reem began a professional journey at SABIC as a CO-OP Learning Coordinator, managing the registration process for training programs. Educationally, Reem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Jubail University College, completed in February 2022.
