Timothy Smith

Timothy Smith is an experienced Training Manager at SABIC since December 2006, specializing in designing training frameworks for talent management within an EHSS climate. Timothy has held various roles, including Process Trainer and First Line Manager, demonstrating expertise in managing training performance, leading operating teams, and implementing systems to ensure safety and productivity. Prior to SABIC, Timothy worked as a Teacher of Physical Education at Bydales School, focusing on technology standards and interactive lesson development, and as an Operations & Facilities Staff Trainer at Marks and Spencer. Timothy holds an MSc with Distinction in International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Teesside University, along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
