Richard Parris

Richard Parris is the current Executive Chairman at Sabien Technology Limited. Prior to this, they were a Non Executive Board Member at Intercede from January 1992 to December 2018. Parris has also held the title of Electronic Commerce Team Leader at Boeing from January 1984 to December 1992. In this role, they were responsible for defining the Intercompany Electronic Communications requirements for large scale aerospace manufacturing operations. Prior to this, they were both a sales manager for Boeing's supercomputing timeshare services and a product manager for an early generation 3-D CADCAM system developed by Boeing. Parris is also the founder investor and cybersecurity advisor of VIVA Capital AG. Before their career in technology, Parris worked as a nuclear reactor design engineer at Nuclear Power Corporation from January 1980 to December 1984.

Richard Parris graduated with a first-class honors degree in civil engineering from The University of Manchester. Richard then went on to complete their MBA at Warwick Business School with distinction. Richard is also a Registered Civil Engineer, having obtained certification from the Institution of Civil Engineers.
