AJ Fidelino

AJ Fidelino has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of workforce management and HCM consulting.

AJ started their career at Microforum in 1998 as a Team Lead and worked there until 2002.

In 2002, they joined Workbrain as a Lead Technical Consultant, where they worked until 2005.

From 2005 to 2006, AJ Fidelino worked at Devlin as a Technical Lead.

In 2007, they joined Infor as a Workforce Management Consultant and stayed there until 2012.

In 2006, AJ Fidelino founded Fidelino Consulting, where they held the role of Workforce Management Consultant, Principal.

Currently, they are working at Sability as an HCM Consultant, a position they have held since 2016.

AJ Fidelino attended the University of Toronto from 1990 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry, graduating with an Hon. B.Sc.
