Sabio Policy Consult is a Pan-African Nairobi-based social impact and development consultancy dedicated to advancing inclusive, sustainable growth across Africa. Since 2018, we have partnered with donors, private funds, civil society, and governments to deliver evidence-driven policy research, program evaluations, and capacity development.

Our expertise spans decentralized governance, social inclusion, gender and human rights, agribusiness, renewable energy, and climate change. With over 20 years of combined experience, our consultants support organizations across the project lifecycle, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, helping them translate strategy into measurable impact.

At Sabio, we believe wisdom comes from collaboration. Guided by our name, meaning “wise” in Portuguese and Spanish, we work alongside our clients to generate insights that strengthen institutions, empower communities, and drive transformative change in Eastern Africa and beyond.
