Alistair Taylor has over 27 years of work experience in the technology industry. Alistair currently works as a Presales Solutions Architect at Sabio since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Principal at TTEC's VoiceFoundry from April 2021 to February 2022, where they focused on sales engineering and cloud-based enterprise contact center solutions.

From September 2014 to April 2021, Alistair worked at Genesys as a Cloud Solution Architect, responsible for technical architecture and implementation of Genesys Cloud delivered services. Before that, they were a Design Authority and Solution Designer at Vodafone UK, where they led a team in designing and implementing customer contact center solutions based on Genesys software.
