Mark Betts has extensive work experience in the technology and customer experience sectors. Mark currently serves as the Managing Director at Sabio, a company that delivers customer experience solutions and works with major brands worldwide. Prior to this role, they were the Group Chief Operating Officer at Sabio and also held the position of Director of Business Transformation.
Before joining Sabio, Mark worked at Atos where they held various leadership positions including UK&I Chief Operating Officer, SVP of UK&I Business Process Services, and SVP of UK&I Systems Integration. Mark also served as a Client Executive in the public sector and as the Head of Managed Operations.

Mark Betts earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Design from Farnborough College of Technology, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended HSDC Alton in 1984-1985. Mark Betts also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Leadership from the University of Glasgow, attending in 2004-2005.
