Matthew Wynne

Matthew Wynne has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew started their career at Cape Maritime Electronics in 2009, where they worked as a Telephony Support Engineer until 2012. Matthew then joined Dimension Data in 2012 as a Genesys Engineer, responsible for supporting and managing Genesys call centers globally. Matthew worked in this role until 2013.

Afterwards, Matthew joined Anana Ltd in 2013 as a Solutions Consultant, where they initially held the position until 2016 before being promoted to Senior Solutions Consultant. Matthew served in this role until 2020. Finally, Matthew joined Sabio in 2020 as the SA Head of Professional Services and Managing Director CXI, where they are currently employed.

Matthew Wynne graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Cape Town. Matthew attended the university from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Matric from South African College Schools, during the period from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained a certification in Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification from Genesys in April 2023.
