Currently serving as the Head of Service Operations at Sabio since May 2005, Michael has held various leadership roles including Managed Services Operations Manager and Support Operations Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Previously, Michael was a Senior Technical Analyst at TeleTech, specializing in Avaya Telecoms support. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow, obtained in 1999.
