Nur Rafidah Mohd Alias

Nur Rafidah Mohd Alias has a diverse work experience starting with an internship at KTMB in 2013. Nur Rafidah then worked as a Supervisor at Popular Book Store in 2015, followed by an Administrator role at Mekaray Ventures Sdn Bhd in 2016. In 2018, they completed another internship at Celcom Axiata Berhad. Currently, they are employed as a Data Processing Administrator at Sabio, where they assist in maintaining the quality of virtual assistant knowledge and updates it with new information. Nur Rafidah also plays a supportive role in mentoring the KL DPA staff under the guidance of the APAC manager.

Nur Rafidah Mohd Alias started their education at Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah in 2012, where they pursued a diploma in Electronic Engineering (Communication). Nur Rafidah graduated from Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah in 2015. Subsequently, between 2015 and 2019, they attended Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering (Communication).
