Søren Kristiansen

Søren Kristiansen has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Søren currently holds the position of Solutions Architect at Sabio, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager, Product Expertise at Sopra Steria A/S from July 2022 to December 2022.

From 2013 to 2022, Søren worked at Sopra Steria as a Senior IT-Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for being a senior consultant and technical lead on Genesys engage and cloud solutions. Their responsibilities included workload distribution, IRD routing, e-Services, outbound, Genesys Call Recording, and Amazon Connect. Søren also handled system documentation and testing.

Before joining Sopra Steria, Søren worked at NetNordic AS as a System Specialist/Technical Architect from April 2013 to September 2013.
