Steve McInally has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the customer experience and contact center industry. Steve is currently the Delivery Director at Sabio, where they ensure that client expectations are exceeded and addresses any negative sentiment. Previously, Steve was the Head of Client Experience at Sabio, responsible for creating and executing the Voice of the Client program. Steve also served as the Head of Solution Management, leading a team of contact center solution experts and providing consultancy services. Steve McInally attended Alva Academy from 1987 to 1993. After completing their time there, they went on to study Psychology & Sociology at Abertay University, earning their BSc degree in 1998. In addition to their academic qualifications, Steve also holds certifications in Introduction to Lean Six Sigma from Six Sigma and Level 5 in Professional Consulting from the Institute of Consulting.
