Hamidreza Mansouryar is a seasoned professional in the construction and architecture sectors with significant experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Supervisor of the construction workshop at Sabir Dam and Water Works Construction, Hamidreza oversees the Karaj City Train Line 2 project, managing sub-contractors and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently. Previously, roles included Construction Contract Expert and Construction Project Coordinator for the same project, along with expertise in quality control and executive architectural responsibilities. As a co-founder of the Pars Recreational Tourism Complex and founder of PARS Real Estate Consultants, Hamidreza also evaluates tourism facilities in Alborz Province. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Islamic Azad University. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Construction Project Manager at Hoffenberg, a Research Assistant at HAL, and guest lectures on the history of architecture.

Sabir Dam and Water Works Construction Company, was established in 1966 by the ministry of Power and has been able to accomplish tens of spectacular and giant projects up to the fifth decade of its presence. In the year 2004, Sabir Company had been removed from the list of state companies and majority of its stocks were transferred to the Social Security Organization. At present, with its valuable background of experience, in addition to services in the field of water, Sabir Company has started its new activity era with expanding the zone to other infrastructural works (through Construction, DB, EPC and other types of contracts).
