Jamal Azhar

Jamal Azhar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Information Technology Department at Sabirs' Group of Companies since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology Manager at the same company from September 2020 to August 2023. Between 2014 and 2020, Jamal served as Managing Director at VinTechware. Jamal also gained experience as Managing Partner at Gloria Jean's Coffees from 2010 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Assistant at Royal Holloway University of London from December 2008 to January 2010. Jamal started their career as an ICT Assistant at UNESCO from September 2005 to August 2006. Jamal also worked as a Network Support Engineer at SBS Broadcasting Networks Ltd from August 2006 to May 2008 and as an IT Assistant at Al-Ain Wild Life Park in January and February 2007.

Jamal Azhar pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their IGCSE degree from EMIRATES, which they completed between 1996 and 2000. Jamal then went on to attend the University of Greenwich from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained an MSc in Computer Networking. Following this, Jamal attended Royal Holloway University of London from 2007 to 2008, where they completed an MSc in Business Information Systems.
