Jim Freudenberg has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Jim started their career at GlaxoSmithKline in 1979, where they held various roles such as District Manager, Sales Trainer, Key Account Manager, and Retail Manager. Jim then joined Kraft Foods in 1988, serving as the Northeast Region Manager for the Frozen Division and successfully launching new frozen brands in the New England and Mid Atlantic Regions. After that, they worked at McCready Marketing as the VP of the Frozen Food Team and at The Pillsbury Company as the Region Manager Northeast.
In 2002, Jim joined Sara Lee Coffee as the Sales Director for the Eastern part of the US, focusing on sales, profit, and P&L management. Jim then moved to Schick, Energizer Personal Care in 2003, as the Director of Grocery, where they led the formation and development of the US Regional Grocery Team, introducing successful brands and growing category share.
From 2009, Jim worked at Sabra Dipping Company LLC, a joint venture of Strauss & Pepsico, where they held various roles. Jim initially served as the Director of Sales, East, and later became the National Sales Manager, overseeing retail sales nationally and achieving significant growth. Jim then took on the role of National Director of Sales-National Accounts, responsible for major customers and expanding the brand into Canada. Jim'smost recent position at Sabra Dipping Company was as the Vice President- Club, Mass, and Emerging Channels, where they developed strategies and led teams in linking customer and brand strategies.
