Trevor Warner

Trevor Warner has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as the Manager of Portfolio Management at Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. Trevor joined the company in November 2017 and is still in this role. Prior to that, they worked at LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE: LTC) where they held two positions: Financial Analyst (Acquisitions) from August 2016 to November 2017 and Senior Financial Analyst from August 2016 to November 2017.

Before LTC Properties, Trevor worked at Provident Funding Associates L.P. as an Investor Accounting Analyst from December 2012 to August 2016. Trevor also had a brief role as a Financial Advisor at MetLife from December 2011 to December 2012.

Their earlier experience includes working in the Guest Services Department at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from December 2007 to December 2011. Prior to that, they worked as Outside Guest Service at Calabasas Country Club from August 2006 to September 2007.

Trevor's career began with an internship at First Financial Lending as a Loan Modification Officer from November 2006 to July 2007. Overall, they have had a range of roles in finance, accounting, and hospitality throughout their career.

Trevor Warner pursued their higher education from 2009 to 2011 at California State University, Northridge. During this period, they successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
