Matt Hickam

Matt Hickam is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and fabrication industry, currently serving as a Robot Programmer at Sabre Industries, Inc. since October 2019. Previously, Matt held multiple roles at Alliance Fabrication from September 2014 to October 2020, including Fabricator, Manager, and Sales, specializing in precision TIG welding for custom parts. Prior to that, Matt worked at Anchor Fabrication Ltd. for over a decade, contributing as an Engineering Designer, Robot Welding Subject Matter Expert, and Industrial Designer. Matt's career began at Romeo Engineering Inc. as a Lead Welder from October 2004 to April 2008. Educational background includes attendance at Boswell High School from 2000 to 2003.
