Molly Timmins

Molly Timmins, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sabre Industries, Inc. since June 2019, Molly oversees hiring processes across multiple business divisions. Prior to this role, Molly worked at AIM Aerospace as a Human Resources Generalist and Interim HR Manager from February 2017 to June 2019, gaining valuable experience despite the commute challenges. At Wells Enterprises from March 2014 to February 2017, Molly held the position of Recruiter II - Operations Lead, where management of a team overseeing the recruitment of over 700 employees was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Recruiter I and HR Recruitment Administrator, as well as Lead Recruiter and Office Manager at Advanced Services from November 2010 to March 2014.
