Jack Burbank

Jack Burbank has a diverse range of work experience in the field of wireless networking and communications. Jack served as the Executive Director of Advanced Communications Technologies at Sabre Systems Inc. starting from 2017. Prior to that, they owned and operated Burbank Technology Consulting (BTC), where they provided technology training and engineering services. In 2014, Jack worked as the Series Editor for Wiley / IEEE Press, overseeing a book series on IEEE Standards. Jack also has experience as a Course Instructor at The Johns Hopkins University, teaching courses on network engineering and wireless networking. Starting in 1998, they held various roles at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, including Assistant Group Supervisor and Chief Scientist, where they contributed to the development of wireless capabilities and systems.
