Thomas Plavcan

Thomas Plavcan has a strong background in the field of communication technology and systems engineering. Thomas started their career in 2001 at PM FBCB2, where they served as PM/DPM for over a decade. In 2012, they joined General Dynamics C4 Systems as a Senior Manager of Business Development for Communication Networks, until November 2013. Since March 2014, they have been working as the Director of C4I Science & Technology at Sabre Systems Inc., providing on-site consulting and expertise in areas such as cyber defense, waveforms, and hardware convergence.

Thomas Plavcan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Villanova University from 1969 to 1973. Thomas further pursued their education at Texas A&M University-Texarkana from 1973 to 1975 and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial Engineering.
