Nikia Smith

Nikia Smith serves as the Global Director of Inclusion & Diversity and Senior People Business Partner at Sabre Corporation since February 2025. Nikia's previous experience includes positions such as Diversity Consultant, HR Benefits Escalation Lead, and Reservations Operations Manager at American Airlines between June 2015 and October 2020, as well as Pharmacy Support Manager at McKesson from June 2012 to June 2015. Nikia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bethel University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Southern University and A&M College-Baton Rouge.
