Sabrina's Cafe
Adam Gladstone is an experienced culinary professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Science/Culinology at Drexel University. As a Research and Development Intern at Stateside Brands, Adam contributes to the creation of innovative drinks and sensory evaluations while managing supply chain coordination. In the role of Culinary Assistant at Chaat Dog, Adam executes gourmet hotdogs and supports local pop-up events. At Drexel Food Lab, Adam assists in enhancing food products and developing new items, including vegan baking mixes. Previously, as a Culinary Intern at Sabrina's Cafe, Adam helped create seasonal menu items and implemented inventory tracking systems. Experience also includes working as a Cooking Counselor at Camp Ramah, where Adam developed child-friendly recipes and taught cooking skills to campers.

Sabrina's Cafe
In May 2001, the first Sabrina’s Café opened in the space previously occupied by the famed Litto bakery, once the source of Philadelphia’s finest cannoli. Since then, Sabrina's Cafe has created some of Philadelphia and South Jersey's most beloved cafes. You can join a Sabrina's Cafe at the following locations: Fairmount-Art Museum, University City, Wynnewood, and Collingswood, NJ. Coming April 2022, we will be opening a new Sabrina's Cafe located on South Street and along with a new concept, Sabrina's Takeout.
