Martin R. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2012, they participated in the Startup Institute's Sales and Business Development Alumni program, which equipped him with the skills and mindset needed for a successful career in startups.

Later that year, they emerged as the winner of the Startup Weekend in Richmond, Virginia, showcasing their entrepreneurial abilities.

In 2013, Martin R. founded PromoSurv, a company that provides customer experience feedback management solutions. Martin served as the CEO and Founder, overseeing the development and growth of the company until 2016.

In the same year, Martin R. joined Shockoe | Mobile by Design as the Director of Business Development, where they played a crucial role in driving the company's growth and securing new business opportunities.

In 2016, they co-founded Panal Coworking, the first coworking space in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Under their leadership, the company became the leading coworking space in the area, with multiple locations. Additionally, since 2017, Panal Coworking has been running a year-round charity, BeeSolidarios, to support various causes.

Most recently, in 2021, Martin R. ventured into entrepreneurship again and founded Sabroso, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Martin R. started their education at Academia Cotopaxi, where they attended school from 1991 to 2006. Martin then went on to Roger Williams University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Management from 2006 to 2011. During their time at Roger Williams University, in 2010 and 2011, Martin pursued a Core Concentration in International Business at Lingnan University. After that, in 2012, they attended Startup Institute Boston, where they focused on Sales and Business Development. In 2020, Martin completed the Startup School Online program, earning a Startup School certification. Martin later attended Latitud in 2022 for a program called "LF6, Building the next generation Tech Startups in LATAM." In 2023, Martin completed the Latitud Angel Program, specializing in LA4. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, they studied Mathematics at Boston University without earning a specific degree.
