Kevin Chetty

Kevin Chetty is an experienced airworthiness inspector currently employed at the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) since January 2014, where responsibilities include auditing Aircraft Maintenance Organizations (AMO) and renewing Air Operating Certificates (AOC). Prior to this role, Kevin worked as an aircraft engineer at AALSA, focusing on various aircraft types, including MI8 MTV1 and AS365 N2. Kevin gained further experience as an aircraft maintenance engineer at UTAIR SA, servicing MI8 MTV1 under an international contract in Afghanistan, and served as an aircraft mechanic at SAPS Airwing, providing maintenance for several helicopter models.
