Nivashnee Naraindath

Nivashnee Naraindath is the current Company Secretary at SACAA. Nivashnee has also served as a Senior Manager Corporate Services and Company Secretary at Sanas from June 2010 to July 2011. From August 2011 to July 2013, they were the Executive: Governance and Compliance at CBRTA. And finally, from December 2006 to May 2010, they were the Senior Legal Counsel at PBMR.

Nivashnee Naraindath has a long and impressive educational background. Nivashnee has a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a Master of Laws degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Nivashnee also has a Diploma in nuclear law from the University of Montpellier and a Certificate in environmental law from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. In addition, they have completed an Executive Development Programme at Henley Business School and a Global Executive Development Programme at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science).
