Chloe Kempe

Chloe joined the family business in an official capacity in 2006 after many years in hospitality, event management and 8 fun filled years of marketing and public relations for the Hyatt Hotel Group. When she joined the business after having her first child, there were 8 full time employees and 36 causal support workers. Today sacare employees just over 500 staff and embraces cultural diversity and promotes a community of equality across the organization. The wellbeing of their staff if instrumental to the success of their service delivery.

She is fiercely compassionate about supporting people living with a disability to empower them beyond their disability and have the same opportunities she had, to be available to them to live a great life.
