Anurag Agarwalla

Anurag Agarwalla is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and customer success. Currently serving as the Founder of hpy, which focuses on using generative AI to enhance well-being, Anurag also acts as an Advisor at Sach Foods. Previously, Anurag held multiple prominent positions at Uber, including Head of Equity Engineering and Engineering Leader in Mobility, where contributions included the establishment of Uber’s Innovation studio and the incubation of various products. Career highlights include building customer success functions at Autopilot HQ and Highfive, and playing a key role at Yammer prior to its acquisition by Microsoft. Anurag co-founded Learning Revolution to innovate online education and began a career at Booz Allen Hamilton, where advisory roles focused on human capital management and cost modeling for the U.S. Navy. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from UC Irvine.
