Leslie Bernhard

Leslie Bernhard has been the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Milestone Scientific Inc., a developer and manufacturer of medical and dental devices since October 2009, continuing service as an independent Director begun in May 2003. Ms. Bernhard has also served as an independent Director of Universal Power Group, Inc., a global supplier of power solutions since 2007. In 1991 she co-founded AdStar, Inc., an electronic ad intake service to the newspaper industry, and served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director until 2012. Ms. Bernhard holds a B.S. Degree in Education from St. John's University.
