Rebecca Sagoo

Rebecca Sagoo currently serves as the Global Head of Brand Strategy & Operations at Sachi States of Skin® from November 2025. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Beauty Category Lead EMEA at SharkNinja and acted as the Global Head of Brand at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where a new team was developed to enhance the Gifting and Collaborations category. Prior to that, Rebecca was the Global Head of Brand & Marketing at Cole Beauty Limited, establishing a new team across 50 global markets. Rebecca's marketing expertise further includes significant roles at SLG Brands, where promotion from Acting Head of Marketing to Global Head of Marketing occurred, and involvement in launching an award-winning eco haircare brand. Earlier experience includes roles in international marketing at Dyson and SLG, as well as brand management at Alliance Boots. Rebecca holds a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of the West of England.
