Victor Puccio has extensive work experience in the power and industrial sector. Victor started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Shaw Group (Stone & Webster, Inc.) in 1991 and then moved on to Fluor Corporation as an Engineering Manager in 1996. In 2000, they joined AECOM as a Project Director, where they led and oversaw various oil and gas, transmission and distribution, substation, and industrial projects. During their time at AECOM, they also held the Certificate of Authority (COA) for engineering and construction licenses.

In 2018, Victor joined Sachs Electric Company as the Power & Industrial Group Manager. Victor later became the Vice President of Power and Industrial at Sachs Electric Company in 2020. In this role, they contributed to the overall growth of the company by developing and executing the vision and consistently delivering outstanding results.

Their most recent position is as the Vice President of Power and Industrial at ArchKey Solutions, starting in 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading and overseeing significant projects in the oil and gas, transmission and distribution, substation, power, and industrial sectors. Victor is also the Sachs' Certificate of Authority (COA) holder for construction licenses, enabling easy project execution within the states where they hold "Responsible Authority".

Victor Puccio has a strong educational background in engineering. Victor obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from Drexel University from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Victor has also obtained various certifications related to their field. Victor holds a Professional Engineer license from the Tennessee Board of Professional Engineers (obtained in April 2013), the Alabama Board of Professional Engineers (December 2010), the California Board of Professional Engineers (August 2010), the Oklahoma Board of Professional Engineers (August 2010), and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (April 2010).

Furthermore, Victor has acquired several contractor licenses for different aspects of construction and engineering work. These licenses include General Building - Class B from the California Contractor License Board (obtained in May 2015) and various licenses for General Construction, HVAC, and Electrical work from the Indiana (City of East Chicago), Indiana (Whiting), Indiana (Hammond), and Virginia Contractor License Boards.

Victor also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2013.
