At T/CCI Manufacturing, they specialized in manufacturing air-conditioning compressors for the heavy-duty trucking industry and performed contract machining and assembly. Jadon Evans completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1986 to 1990. Jadon then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University from 1999 to 2001.
