Lamia Galal is an experienced professional currently serving as an International Program Associate at the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission since May 2012. Prior to this role, Lamia held the position of Operational & Research Coordinator at CONRAD from February 2008 to April 2012. Lamia Galal obtained a Master's degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, attending from 2008 to 2010.

The Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) to the United States is one of the specialized agencies created by the Saudi government in 1951 to administer programs and policies to meet the educational and cultural needs of Saudis studying in the United States. It also functions as the intermediary between U.S. educational institutions and the Kingdom in terms of issues pertaining to culture, education and science.
