Al Ramos

Al Ramos has extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as Program Manager for the Substrates Division at SACO AEI Polymers since August 2016. Prior to this role, Al Ramos worked as Staff Engineer at AESSE Investments Ltd from February 2009 to August 2016, and held various positions at Masland Industries, Lear Corp., and IACNA from December 1995 to December 2008, including Senior Product Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt. Al Ramos began the career as a Senior Project Engineer at Broan Manufacturing Company from August 1994 to December 1995 and earlier worked as Project/Senior Project Engineer at Muth Woodstock and associated companies from October 1985 to August 1994. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lakeshore College. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt in March 2001, Al Ramos has a strong background in product development and launch, particularly in the automotive sector.
