Darren Conly

Darren Conly is currently a Senior Analyst at the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, where responsibilities include leading the development of the Project Performance Assessment tool and overseeing the Congestion Management Process. With extensive experience utilizing the SACSIM travel demand model, Darren Conly implements quality assurance and collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance model accuracy. Previous roles include positions as an Associate Analyst, Analyst II, and Analyst I at SACOG, as well as a Parking Enforcement Analyst at Serco, a Data Aggregation Specialist at ParkMe, and a Project Analyst at Xerox State and Local Solutions. Conly holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.

Sacramento Area Council of Governments

The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is an association of local governments in the six-county Sacramento Region. Its members include the counties of El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba as well as 22 cities within these counties. SACOG provides transportation planning and funding for the region, and serves as a forum for the study and resolution of regional issues. In addition to preparing the region's long-range transportation plan, SACOG approves the distribution of affordable housing in the region and assists in planning for transit, bicycle networks, clean air and airport land uses.
