Dave Ard is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales, client management, and strategic advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at CREtelligent since October 2020, Dave has played a key role in leading a commercial real estate due diligence and proptech firm, contributing to a successful capital raise. As an Investor with Sacramento Angels and a Strategic Advisor for Muddy Gecko since 2021, Dave enhances marketing capabilities for organizations. Previously, responsibilities included Senior Vice President positions at Ellie Mae, First American Financial Corporation, and CoreLogic, where significant transformations in sales and customer success were achieved. Early career experience at Intel and Arthur Andersen provided a foundation in finance and operations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
