Joseph Guzman

Joseph Guzman is a Water Resource Control Engineer at Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board, where Joseph has been working since August 2017. Prior to this, Joseph was an Assistant Civil Engineer at Sacramento Area Sewer District since April 2015. Joseph also gained experience as an Engineering Student Intern at Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant from April 2013 to April 2015. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, which Joseph completed in 2014.
